Privacy policy.

• Account info: business name, contact email, contact phone, billing information (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
• Voice memos and transcripts: when you call your Trovedge number, we record the audio and generate a transcript via ElevenLabs and Telnyx. Audio is retained for ninety days, then purged. Transcripts are retained for as long as you're an active tenant.
• Caller ID lookups (demo flow only): when an unsigned visitor calls our demo number, we look up their phone number via the Twilio Lookup API to personalize sample posts. Cached for twenty-four hours, then purged. We never persist demo callers' phone numbers to long-term storage.
• Generated posts: the draft posts Trovedge creates for you are stored in your account so you can review and approve them. Approved posts publish to your connected social platforms; the draft record stays linked to your tenant account.
• Connected social-platform tokens: if you connect LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile, we store the OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) so Trovedge can post on your behalf. You can revoke these at any time.
• Engagement metrics: for posts Trovedge publishes, we read basic engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) via the platforms' APIs. Shown in your Trovedge dashboard.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for debugging and security. Retained for ninety days then purged.

• To generate and publish posts you've approved.
• To bill you correctly via Stripe.
• To verify the 20-hours-per-month-back guarantee (baseline at signup, usage in product).
• To send you operational messages — welcome SMS, approval prompts on Telegram, account notifications.
• To improve the product. De-identified, aggregate usage data only. Never one tenant's voice anchors or content for another tenant's drafts.

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't share your data with advertisers.
• We don't post anything you haven't explicitly approved — every draft requires your tap.
• We don't train third-party AI models on your tenant data without consent.

• Stripe — billing and payment processing.
• Telnyx — phone numbers, voice call routing, SMS.
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for Sophie, our voice agent.
• Twilio Lookup — caller-ID reverse lookup for demo callers (24-hour cache, then purged).
• LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Business Profile — the social platforms you authorize Trovedge to post to.
• Netlify — frontend hosting (trovedge.com).
• Fly.io — backend service hosting.
• Telegram — per-tenant approval-queue bot.
• OpenAI / Google Gemini — used through browser-mediated paths for image generation.

• Cancel any time. Cancel in your dashboard or by email. 90-day money-back guarantee applies.
• Revoke connected platforms. Disconnect from your dashboard, or revoke the OAuth grant from the platform's settings.
• Delete your account. Email privacy@trovedge.com — full deletion within thirty days (Stripe billing records retained per tax law).
• Stop demo flow SMS. Reply STOP to any Trovedge demo SMS.

Trovedge is a B2B product for trade contractors. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Trovedge backend runs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Fly.io YYZ region). gm-crm (our backing CRM) also runs in Toronto. Third-party services operate from their respective infrastructure.

If we make material changes, we'll email active tenants at least thirty days before the change takes effect. The last-updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
