What owners ask before they rent an agent
Quick answers.
The ones that come up the most. Yours not here? Send the question and we will answer plainly.
Q — 01
what am I actually renting
A.You are renting a monthly Hermes agent seat. Helm handles owner strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs. Fuzzy Whistle handles growth, campaigns, offers, hooks, and marketing copy.
Q — 02
is this just a chatbot login
A.No. Trovedge packages the agent into a recurring service: company context, monthly output, approval gates, and a clear request workflow for owners.
Q — 03
what if I am not good at prompting AI
A.You do not have to be. Tell the agent what your business does and what you are stuck on, in plain language. Helm and Fuzzy Whistle work from normal owner context, not technical prompts.
Q — 04
can the agent publish or spend money for me
A.Not by default. The agents can draft, analyze, plan, and prepare work. Publishing, customer outreach, ad spend, production deploys, and other risky actions require explicit approval.
Q — 05
what does approval-gated actually look like
A.You send a request. The agent drafts the work — a memo, a campaign, a plan — and it lands in your queue. You approve it, edit it, or send it back. Nothing publishes, spends, or ships until you say go.
Q — 06
which agent should I start with
A.Start with Owner Copilot if your bottleneck is decisions and priorities. Start with Growth Agent if your bottleneck is marketing output. Choose Executive Desk if you want both.
Q — 07
what does the first month include
A.The first month captures company context, sets the recurring brief rhythm, and proves which Hermes agent creates the most leverage for the owner.
Q — 08
can I cancel monthly
A.Yes. The plans are monthly subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep the briefs, campaigns, memos, and outputs created while subscribed.
Q — 09
do you use my company data to train public models
A.No. Company context is used to produce your agent outputs and operate the service. Sensitive data should still be limited to what the agent needs to do the job.
Q — 10
is this built for my kind of business
A.It is built for owner-operators who run every department themselves — service businesses, trades, clinics, shops, local operators. The agents work from your context, so the strategy and growth fit your business, not a template.
Q — 11
what is the Founding Desk program
A.The first 10 owners I onboard personally. Every founding member gets a 30-minute founder call with me, a 1-hour live session where I write the first Helm strategy brief with you, a direct Telegram line for 30 days, unlimited free re-briefs if any brief misses, a lifetime price lock at the founding rate, and a 60-day full refund if it is not what you needed. After 10, the program closes, the founder bonuses come off, and base prices move up.
Q — 12
how does the 60-day guarantee work
A.Reply to any brief email with the word "refund" within 60 days. Full refund within 24 hours. No call to cancel, no exit interview, no proration math. You keep every brief, memo, and campaign produced while subscribed. The refund is a real Stripe commitment, not a marketing line.
Q — 13
what happens if a brief misses what I needed
A.Reply to the brief email with one sentence telling me why it missed. New brief inside 48 hours, free, no quota. The desk has to earn each week — you never pay for a brief that did not help.
Q — 14
are you actually doing the onboarding calls personally
A.Yes. Currently 1 of 1 founder. Every founding member gets a 30-minute call with me before the first brief, plus a 1-hour live session where I write the first brief with you. That is the bandwidth limit on the 10-cap — it is how many founding members one person can onboard well. When I hire, the personal calls go away for new customers; founding members keep the Telegram line either way.
