Terms of service.

Trovedge is an AI-assisted social-media tool for trade contractors. It captures voice memos, generates draft posts, lets you approve them on your phone, and publishes the approved drafts to the social platforms you've connected (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile).

• You must be 18+ and authorized to sign business agreements on behalf of your trade business.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business name, email, and phone you provide.
• You're responsible for the security of your account credentials. Don't share them.
• One business per account. Multiple trade businesses require separate Trovedge accounts (or contact us about Operator tier).

• Sold as a monthly subscription. Tiers: $49 Voice / $497 Starter / $997 Pro / $1,997 Operator per month, in USD.
• Billing handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
• Tier changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Cancel anytime in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active.

At signup, you tell us your baseline. After ninety days of active Trovedge use, if you have not saved at least twenty hours per month versus that baseline, you may request a full refund of all fees paid.

• Refund request must be made within 7 days of the 90-day mark.
• Email refunds@trovedge.com — no phone calls, no win-back pressure.
• Refund processed via Stripe within 5 business days.
• After refund, account closed and data deleted per privacy policy.
• Guarantee applies to first subscription period only.

By connecting a social-media platform, you authorize us to:

• Post content YOU HAVE EXPLICITLY APPROVED to your connected accounts.
• Read basic engagement metrics from posts Trovedge publishes.
• Read your business profile information to personalize drafts.

We do not post anything you haven't tapped “approve” on. We do not have access to your direct messages, private chats, friends list, or any content you haven't routed through Trovedge.

• Use Trovedge to post content that violates any platform's terms (spam, hate speech, illegal content).
• Post on behalf of someone else's business without their authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent Trovedge's APIs.
• Resell Trovedge access without our written agreement.

• You own the content you create with Trovedge.
• You grant Trovedge a limited license to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf for the duration of your subscription.
• On cancellation, we delete your content within 30 days (except legal/tax retention).

Trovedge uses AI to generate drafts from your voice memos. The drafts are AI-generated; your approval makes them yours when published. You're responsible for any platform-required AI-disclosure labeling on AI-generated images.

30% recurring revenue share for contractor influencers and partners. Apply via partners@trovedge.com. Standard affiliate terms apply (separate document).

Trovedge is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from social posting. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the past twelve months.

We're not liable for content you approve and publish, for platform policy violations on your connected accounts, or for issues caused by the third-party platforms themselves.

• Cancel your subscription anytime — account stays active until current period ends.
• We can terminate for violations of these terms. We'll give you 14 days' notice unless the violation requires immediate action.
• Upon termination, data is deleted per the privacy policy.

Material changes get a 30-day email notice to active tenants. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes resolved in the courts of Ontario.
