Terms of service.

Trovedge is a growth partner for trade contractors and local businesses. On a monthly retainer we build and run websites, local SEO, social and content, paid advertising, AI voice agents that answer and book calls, custom AI applications, and CRM and lead-handling automation. All AI-assisted work is approval-gated: drafts wait for your sign-off before anything ships.

Trovedge may also provide temporary demo experiences (for example, the live AI receptionist demo line) so prospects can evaluate the service before subscribing. Demos are limited, may expire automatically, and do not grant authority to take external actions.

• You must be 18+ and authorized to sign business agreements on behalf of your company.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name, email, and phone you provide.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• One company per account. Multiple companies require separate Trovedge accounts or a Partner-tier agreement.

• Sold as a monthly subscription. Current tiers, in Canadian dollars as starting prices: Foundation starting at CA$750, Growth starting at CA$1,500, and Partner starting at CA$3,000 per month. Final scope and price are confirmed before billing begins. U.S. customers are priced by scoped quote.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
• Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancel anytime in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active.

Trovedge agents draft, analyze, plan, and prepare work. They do not publish, contact customers, spend money, deploy production changes, or make high-risk external commitments without your explicit approval.

• You are responsible for reviewing agent output before using it externally.
• Approval records may be retained for audit and account support.
• We may refuse requests that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or outside the subscribed plan.

By using the service, you authorize us to:

• Process the company context you provide to generate agent outputs.
• Store briefs, drafts, plans, and approval records for your account.
• Use your plan and request history to operate the monthly service.

We do not take high-risk external actions without approval, and you should not provide secrets or private credentials unless a specific approved workflow requires them.

• Use Trovedge to create spam, deceptive claims, illegal content, or unsafe instructions.
• Request work on behalf of someone else's company without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent Trovedge APIs.
• Resell Trovedge access without our written agreement.

• You own the outputs created for your company through Trovedge.
• You grant Trovedge a limited license to store and process that content for the duration of your subscription.
• On cancellation, we delete your content within 30 days except legal, tax, billing, security, or audit retention.

Trovedge uses AI to generate briefs, drafts, recommendations, and campaign materials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, compliance, and fit before using them externally.

30% recurring revenue share for approved referrers and partners. Apply via partners@trovedge.com. Standard affiliate terms apply separately.

Trovedge is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from agent outputs. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the past twelve months.

We are not liable for outputs you approve and use externally, for third-party platform policy issues, or for issues caused by third-party systems themselves.

• Cancel your subscription anytime. Account access remains active until the current period ends.
• We can terminate for violations of these terms. We will give you 14 days notice unless the violation requires immediate action.
• Upon termination, data is deleted per the privacy policy.

Material changes get a 30-day email notice to active tenants. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Ontario.
