Terms of service.

Trovedge is a growth partner for trade contractors and local businesses. On a monthly retainer we build and run websites, local SEO, social and content, paid advertising, AI voice agents that answer and book calls, custom AI applications, and CRM and lead-handling automation. All AI-assisted work is approval-gated: drafts wait for your sign-off before anything ships.

Trovedge may also provide temporary demo experiences (for example, the live AI receptionist demo line) so prospects can evaluate the service before subscribing. Demos are limited, may expire automatically, and do not grant authority to take external actions.

• You must be 18+ and authorized to sign business agreements on behalf of your company.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name, email, and phone you provide.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• One company per account. Multiple companies require separate Trovedge accounts or a Partner-tier agreement.

• Sold as a monthly subscription. Current tiers: Foundation starting at CA$399/mo, Growth starting at CA$799/mo, and Partner starting at CA$3,000/mo for Canadian customers, or Foundation starting at US$299/mo, Growth starting at US$599/mo, and Partner starting at US$2,400/mo for U.S. customers. Final scope and price are confirmed before billing begins. A tier without self-serve checkout live yet in your country is priced by scoped quote instead.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
• Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancel anytime in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active.

Trovedge agents draft, analyze, plan, and prepare work. They do not publish, contact customers, spend money, deploy production changes, or make high-risk external commitments without your explicit approval.

• You are responsible for reviewing agent output before using it externally.
• Approval records may be retained for audit and account support.
• We may refuse requests that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or outside the subscribed plan.

By using the service, you authorize us to:

• Process the company context you provide to generate agent outputs.
• Store briefs, drafts, plans, and approval records for your account.
• Use your plan and request history to operate the monthly service.

We do not take high-risk external actions without approval, and you should not provide secrets or private credentials unless a specific approved workflow requires them.

• Use Trovedge to create spam, deceptive claims, illegal content, or unsafe instructions.
• Request work on behalf of someone else's company without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent Trovedge APIs.
• Resell Trovedge access without our written agreement.

• You own the outputs created for your company through Trovedge.
• You grant Trovedge a limited license to store and process that content for the duration of your subscription.
• On cancellation, we delete your content within 30 days except legal, tax, billing, security, or audit retention.

Trovedge uses AI to generate briefs, drafts, recommendations, and campaign materials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, compliance, and fit before using them externally.

Commission-based revenue share for approved referrers and partners: connector 10% (client’s first 12 months) · closer 20% (client lifetime) · house leads 15%. Apply via partners@trovedge.com. Standard affiliate terms apply separately.

By providing an email address or phone number, you agree that Trovedge may contact you at it about your account, a request you submitted, or the demo you asked to hear. Any SMS or call consent you gave at a specific form (for example, the Missed-Job Audit request) is separate and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a text — see our Privacy Policy for the full text-messaging and call-recording disclosures. Withdrawing consent to be texted or called does not withdraw your consent to receive account-related email.

Trovedge serves customers in the United States on a scoped-quote basis (see Section 03). U.S. residents also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA described in our Privacy Policy, and any SMS or call consent you give is subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — we only call or text a number for marketing or informational automated messages after you check the consent box that says so. Section 15 (“Governing law and dispute resolution”) contains additional terms that apply specifically to U.S. customers.

Trovedge is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from agent outputs. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the past twelve months.

We are not liable for outputs you approve and use externally, for third-party platform policy issues, or for issues caused by third-party systems themselves.

• Cancel your subscription anytime. Account access remains active until the current period ends.
• We can terminate for violations of these terms. We will give you 14 days notice unless the violation requires immediate action.
• Upon termination, data is deleted per the privacy policy.

Material changes get a 30-day email notice to active tenants. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Except as this section provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that is not subject to the arbitration agreement below — including every dispute involving a customer outside the United States — is resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

Informal resolution first. Before either side files any claim, you agree to email yorkis@trovedge.com describing the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

U.S. customers — binding individual arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Trovedge agree to resolve it by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, instead of in court — except that either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration is one-on-one: neither of us can bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Opt-out window. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing yorkis@trovedge.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not opt you out of the rest of these terms, including that Ontario law still governs the agreement and Ontario courts still hear any dispute you bring.
