Delete your data.

How to request deletion of company context, drafts, approval records, and account data. Last revised 2026-06-18.

You can request deletion of data Trovedge holds for your company at any time. This page explains what to send and what gets deleted.

How to request deletion

  • Email privacy@trovedge.com from the email on your account.
  • Use the subject line Delete my Trovedge data.
  • Include your company name and the account email so we can locate the correct tenant.
  • We complete eligible deletion within 30 days and reply with confirmation.

What gets deleted

  • Company context you provided to the agent desk.
  • Drafts, plans, briefs, and generated outputs stored in your tenant account.
  • Approval queues and delivery records that are not needed for legal, billing, security, or audit reasons.
  • Account profile data that is not required for retained billing records.

What may be retained

  • Stripe billing records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
  • Security logs needed to investigate abuse or protect the service.
  • Minimal records required to document cancellation, deletion, or contractual compliance.
